Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS - Dallas, TX (Lakewood)

Serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers, helping retain and grow consumer and business relationships. You’ll proactively identify customers’ financial goals, recommend deposit and other banking products and services, and process transactions accurately while balancing daily. The role also involves educating customers on deposit products, running a disciplined sales and follow-up process, and referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships while following operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
