Job Summary

Join Cadence as a Principal Customer Engagement Engineer to support foundry and design customers in advanced semiconductor technology development. You will bring deep DTCO, 3DIC integration, and Digital Full Flow expertise, and serve as a technical bridge between EDA tools and PDK teams to enable deployment of design solutions at customer sites. Collaborate with foundries, design houses, and PDK teams, field technical inquiries, enable DTCO workflows, and guide RC Techfile, EMIR Techfile, and PR TechLEF development for successful deployments across customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities

•Support foundry and design customers in advanced semiconductor technology development
•Serve as a technical bridge between EDA tools and foundry design service and PDK teams
•Enable and deploy DTCO workflows and related design solutions at customer sites
•Provide technical guidance on RC Techfile, EMIR Techfile, and PR TechLEF development
•Collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive successful enablement projects

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in Design Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) and 3DIC integration
•Hands-on experience with RC Techfile, EMIR Techfile, PR TechLEF development
•Ability to act as a technical bridge between EDA tools and foundry design service and PDK teams
•Experience supporting advanced semiconductor technology development for foundries and design customers
•Proven track record enabling deployment of design solutions
