Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Energy Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, Business, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years leading development of complex energy, infrastructure, facility modernization, design-build, performance contracting, or capital improvement projects.
  • •Experience leading multidisciplinary project development teams through opportunity qualification, audit development, solution development, financial evaluation, and contract execution.
  • •Strong understanding of building systems, energy conservation measures, facility infrastructure, constructability, and project implementation strategies.
