Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive Microsoft 365 end-to-end architecture, roadmap, and modernization strategy aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Define and maintain target architecture, technology standards, and governance for Microsoft 365 and associated platforms.
  • •Architect and integrate Entra ID/Active Directory identity solutions and implement security enhancements (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, Zero Trust).
  • •Lead design and implementation of Exchange Online/Hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Intune solutions to enable secure collaboration and endpoint management.
  • •Oversee large-scale tenant migration and transformation initiatives and provide senior technical authority (L3/L4) with escalation support.

Key Requirements

  • •5–8 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 architecture, solution delivery, and enterprise-scale environments, including modernization and migration leadership.
  • •Expertise across Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune).
  • •Deep knowledge of Entra ID and Active Directory integration plus identity governance (MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, Zero Trust).
  • •Strong experience with collaboration governance (Teams Phone, external sharing governance) and Microsoft Graph/PowerShell automation.
  • •Advanced security/compliance capabilities using Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, retention, and eDiscovery, including endpoint management fundamentals.
