Key Responsibilities

•Identify opportunities to consolidate, modernize, and simplify the technical environment, and prevent adoption of competing or redundant technologies.
•Evaluate and recommend technologies that improve performance, security, user experience, and mission outcomes, including integrating AI-enabled tools responsibly into the development lifecycle.
•Oversee program delivery by monitoring roadmaps and milestones, identifying risks and blockers, conducting root cause analysis, communicating technical issues to executives, and mentoring engineers on DevSecOps, agile delivery, and automation best practices.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
•Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
•10+ years of software development, DevOps, or platform engineering experience.
•5+ years of solutions architect experience and 3+ years leading multiple teams across task orders (or similar leadership role).
•Hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and cloud/container/serverless solutions, including strong DevSecOps and agile practices.
