Support Visa’s System Administration team by operating container and orchestration infrastructure and providing production support for critical applications. Key Responsibilities

•Provide infrastructure operations and production support for container technologies and orchestration platforms (Docker UCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
•Deploy, configure, scale, and manage containerized applications on OpenShift/Docker/Kubernetes.
•Contribute to automation and self-service patterns using templates, scripts, and IaC modules for experimentation and production workloads.
•Work with Kubernetes ecosystem tools (Helm, kubeadm, Sysdig, Prometheus, Grafana, FluentD) and handle security remediation via vulnerability assessment and patch management.
•Follow incident/change/problem/release management practices, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and partner with Platform, Engineering, and Delivery teams to deliver seamless infrastructure support.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of relevant work experience.
•Unix/Linux system administration and container support experience (preferred 6 months).
•Scripting/automation skills, including Python.
•Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, and Terraform.
•Basic understanding of ITIL v4 processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management).
