Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical teams toward a successful first commercial launch with launch-readiness accountability across technical and commercial functions.
  • •Lead medium-to-large projects for development of the Nautilus platform, including new assays, consumables, software, and hardware, managing dependencies and multiple priorities.
  • •Define scope, objectives, quarterly goals, and report project status using dashboards, tools, and project management techniques.
  • •Create and manage detailed project plans and integrated schedules from conception through product release; facilitate tradeoffs in commercial terms.
  • •Translate customer requirements and early-access feedback into development priorities and dated commitments, manage milestone-to-customer date interfaces, and drive transition to Operations and Service post-launch.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant project management experience focused on product development in biotechnology or life sciences.
  • •Extensive knowledge of the product development process (PDP) and experience contributing to it.
  • •Experience taking a product from concept to successful commercial launch.
  • •Technical expertise integrating life sciences, software, hardware, assays, and consumables into cross-functional plans.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field plus PMP certification and SAFe (or equivalent Agile certifications).
