Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and delivering an impactful client service approach.
  • •Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Serve as a resource for more complex client servicing issues and provide customized financial wellness recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and support branch performance through coordination with the branch team.
  • •Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and support scheduled work including Saturdays as directed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Experience in cash handling.
  • •General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
