Drive sales and store performance for REFASH offline locations through strategic campaigns, top-line growth, and strong team leadership. Oversee multi-store operations, inventory, and customer experience while collaborating with marketing, procurement, and the customer experience team to deliver consistent service and revenue growth across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

•Drive sales initiatives to achieve targets, maximizing store revenue and profitability.

•Implement offline business strategies in line with broader company objectives.
•Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
