Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a variety of production machines (e.g., washer, shot peen, furnace, electrode assembly, laser weld, tack weld, laser ablation, x-ray, bake/detailer)
  • •Produce blades and/or vanes on the production line and perform all quality checks
  • •Read and interpret process sheets and gages; deburr and clean parts; make minor offset changes; change set-ups and document information
  • •Keep dimensional data on run charts and frequently use measuring devices to assess product acceptance to blueprint specifications
  • •Perform Daily Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), document results, and keep equipment/work area clean (5S)
