Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage CPM schedules in Primavera P6 across design and construction phases.
  • •Create, update, and analyze execution schedules for concurrent projects, including WBS/work packages and activities.
  • •Establish baseline schedules by reviewing contract requirements, durations, logic, resources, and cost/resource profiles.
  • •Review schedule updates, produce comparison reports, and analyze variances, scope changes, and delays.
  • •Perform time impact analyses, what-if analyses, and support recovery planning and schedule recovery reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience developing and managing CPM project schedules in Primavera.
  • •Must have Power & Energy experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, project management, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency with Primavera P6 and advanced CPM scheduling principles, including cost/resource loading.
  • •Experience with Time Impact Analyses and contract change order management.
