Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the sales team to collect sales data by product, channel and zone and update commercial performance dashboards
  • •Support competitive intelligence by gathering field data on prices, promotions and competitor actions and maintain competitive databases
  • •Contribute to the design and operational deployment of promotional campaigns and ensure field execution with distributors and sales teams
  • •Ensure merchandising standards are applied on the ground and monitor field execution (photos, checklists, reports) and report execution gaps
  • •Assist in collecting internal and external customer feedback, track quality and satisfaction, and support corrective action follow-ups

Key Requirements

  • •Min Bac +3 in Marketing, Commerce, Gestion or equivalent
  • •2-3 years of experience in commercial/marketing environment; experience in Trade Marketing, merchandising or reporting is highly valued
  • •Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse commercial data; familiarity with ERP (SAP or equivalent) is appreciated
  • •Deep understanding of Trade Marketing and promotional operations; ability to implement merchandising standards on the ground
  • •Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and field teams; customer experience focus and results-driven mindset
