Oversees project execution plans, coordination across execution centers, and ensures quality, HSE, and schedule adherence within an oil, gas, and minerals context.

Job Function: Construction, Civil & Site Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the Project Execution Plan, Discipline Design Instruction, and contract requisitions; prepare project plans and multi-discipline documents such as basis of design and subcontract scopes of work.
•Coordinate engineering multidiscipline inputs and deliverables across multiple execution centers and workshare/high-value engineering centers.
•Schedule management: plan activities, set targets, and drive progress with regular reviews; expedite engineers to meet deadlines and develop recovery plans.
•Chairs technical meetings with third parties and manages technical issues through to completion.
•Ensure quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSES) compliance and develop project-specific procedures; verify engineering deliverables meet contract scope.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in mining, mechanical, metallurgical, civil or related field;
•10 years’ project engineering experience in mining or mineral processing;
•Strong project management and communication skills.
•Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering inputs across multiple execution centers is a plus.
•Willingness to work at a remote site and manage complex schedules and interfaces.
