Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage individual development plans, coach systems engineers, and conduct continuous performance discussions.
  • •Proactively manage team performance and align team salaries and compensation with broader department strategies.
  • •Create strategic staffing plans for multiyear projects and partner with program and business leaders on demand loading and skillset needs.
  • •Support Systems Development concepts for avionics equipment and understand/implement the systems engineering “V” into products.
  • •Support bid and proposals by helping develop estimates for new engineering efforts.

Key Requirements
