Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related technical discipline.
  • •Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, operational excellence, or continuous improvement, with ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • •Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, Six Sigma, continuous improvement tools, and change management principles.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading plant-wide transformation projects, including operational excellence, automation, and digitalization initiatives.
  • •Fluent English; Six Sigma certification is a strong advantage.
