Job Summary

Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to support the Product Marketing team with market research, data analysis, and storytelling to shape product roadmaps and growth strategy. Translate complex product, market, and internal data into compelling narratives; synthesize insights for internal alignment; collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Commercial to drive data-driven decisions for EBANX’s global payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Craft High-Impact Narratives: Transform complex product, market, and internal data into compelling, value-driven stories and design world-class collaterals for customers and internal alignment.
•Market & Competitive Research: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
•Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets; use data visualization to present findings clearly and drive decision-making.
•Customer Insights: Leverage feedback and surveys to translate insights into actionable product and business recommendations.
•Strategic Recommendations & Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver recommendations supporting product development and growth.
