Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop the School’s Management Information System (MIS) for accurate input, analysis, and reporting.
  • •Ensure student progress, assessments, attendance, and examination data are correctly captured and reported.
  • •Provide high-quality data analysis and reporting to school leadership, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • •Line manage the Data Assistant/Data Executives and train staff to use MIS systems effectively.
  • •Maintain data security and compliance with GDPR and school data policies; coordinate with external providers for updates and publish termly/annual reports via the VLE/parent portal.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a school or educational data management role.
  • •Strong knowledge of MIS systems (SIMS, iSAMS, or similar).
  • •Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management/analysis tools, including Power BI.
  • •Experience producing detailed reports and presenting data to stakeholders.
  • •Ability to lead and support others in using MIS systems effectively.
