Job Summary

Support the China Industrial and Tech Transformation team by conducting policy and industry research, developing thought leadership content, and coordinating multi-stakeholder engagement. Help plan and deliver workstreams by tracking milestones, documentation, and reporting. Assist with the design and execution of executive meetings, workshops, and Forum events, and contribute to communications through blogs, social media content, and briefing materials from across advanced manufacturing, AI, and industrial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct policy and industry research, landscape analyses, and strategic insights to support initiatives across advanced manufacturing, AI, bioeconomy, industrial transformation, and supply chains.
•Develop thought leadership for flagship initiatives by producing case studies, blog posts, presentations, briefing notes, and executive communications.
•Support stakeholder and community engagement by mapping ecosystems, coordinating outreach, maintaining relationships, and facilitating cross-sector interactions and follow-ups.
•Coordinate project planning and delivery across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
•Assist in designing and executing executive meetings, workshops, public-private dialogues, and Forum events, including agenda, logistics, participant coordination, and on-site execution.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or higher (completed or in progress), with interest in technology, digital technologies, engineering, public policy, business, or related fields and innovation/industrial transformation.
•Strong analytical and research skills, able to synthesize complex information into clear written outputs, presentations, and insights.
•Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese, including preparing professional reports, presentations, and communications.
•Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for global, multi-stakeholder work.
