Job Summary

Ensure the safety, quality, and performance of assembly/test module equipment at Intel’s Products Vietnam facility. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, dismantle and repair equipment, perform calibration and preventive maintenance, and monitor/analyze equipment data to improve tool performance. Partner with Module Engineering and supplier teams to execute experiments, support equipment configuration changes, and help equipment installations during factory ramp-ups.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to identify issues in nonfunctioning manufacturing equipment.
•Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install/assemble equipment using blueprints, manuals, and drawings.
•Conduct setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance; coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.
•Monitor and analyze equipment/module data to maintain tool performance and resolve related issues.
•Create system failure reports and updated/new equipment specifications; support experiments and configuration changes with Module Engineering.

Key Requirements

•Possess a technical college diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or similar fields.
•Hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work.
•English level at pre-intermediate proficiency or above, including reading technical materials.
•Able to work effectively as an individual and in a team environment.
•Willing to work 12-hour shifts (48 hours per week) and flexibly work overtime when needed.
