Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the production process of multiple injection molding machines.
  • •Operate start-up/shut-down and perform mold/color changes while following mold change procedures.
  • •Troubleshoot machine and molding issues and develop corrective actions.
  • •Record accurate production data for tracking downtime, quality performance, and machine efficiency.
  • •Train personnel and communicate important changes to the Manager or Supervisor while ensuring safe, optimized system performance.

  • •2-3 years of injection molding setup experience with robots and manufacturing software/processing systems.

  • •Able to discern molding issues from machinery vs. process issues and record accurate production data.
