Job Summary

Lead regional compensation programs across North and South America, partnering with HR, Finance, business leaders, and Global Compensation teams to support business objectives and maintain external competitiveness and internal equity. Own compensation processes including salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluations, merit reviews, incentives, and pay equity. Drive process standardization and transformation through automation and continuous improvement, analyze compensation trends, ensure compliance, and lead/develop compensation specialists.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead regional compensation programs across North and South America.
•Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders on compensation-related decisions.
•Manage salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation review processes.
•Support promotions, salary adjustments, organizational changes, and incentive programs.
•Ensure internal equity/external competitiveness; lead compensation projects and provide data-driven recommendations while ensuring compliance; lead and develop the Compensation Specialist.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
•Minimum 7 years of experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards.
•Experience supporting multiple countries within a regional or global organization.
•Strong expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, market benchmarking, job evaluation, annual merit review, incentive programs, and pay equity.
•Advanced English required; professional Spanish highly desirable; French and/or Portuguese are an asset.
