Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the global TPRM service and team, ensuring high-quality delivery of third-party risk management across Allianz entities.
  • •Define and evolve the TPRM “Service as a Service” model and operating model, including roles, processes, standards, and partner collaboration.
  • •Oversee the full TPRM lifecycle—onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding of third parties—ensuring policy implementation.
  • •Supervise risk and control assessments (RCA), maintain a transparent inventory of outsourcing/third-party arrangements, and ensure robust governance and quality oversight.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and maturity of TPRM processes, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, and coordinate reporting, assurance, and internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing Governance, Vendor Management, Procurement, or Risk Management.
  • •Proven experience leading teams or managing complex service delivery environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to outsourcing and operational resilience (e.g., DORA, VAIT, financial sector regulations).
  • •Experience building or managing risk management frameworks or managed services is an advantage.
  • •University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
