Partner with founders and engineering to ship incrementally across iOS, Android, and web, define instrumentation, and iterate based on real-world results.

•Identify highest-impact product problems across the member app, agent tools, admin systems, and operational workflows.
•Analyze usage, funnels, event data, support conversations, and member/agent behavior to locate user struggles.
•Turn ambiguous business problems into hypotheses, user flows, and measurable success criteria.
•Design end-to-end experiences across iOS, Android, and web, including edge cases and operational handoffs.
•Define analytics/instrumentation, review shipped work, and iterate based on real-world results.

•Ability to explain evidence, alternatives, and reasoning behind design decisions.
•Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools, plus strong written and verbal communication.
