Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the AML/CFT governance framework, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and the bank’s risk appetite.
  • •Oversee AML/CFT issue management and remediation lifecycles, supporting escalation, resolution, and sustainable corrective actions.
  • •Lead day-to-day Quality Control for AML/CFT risk management, driving risk-based quality reviews across functions including risk assessment and CDD/EDD reviews.
  • •Develop and deliver executive management and committee reporting, including MI, dashboards/scorecards, and KPI/KRI/KCI monitoring to communicate risk and control performance.
  • •Provide operational leadership for assigned governance/quality/control/reporting team members and support regulatory examinations, audits, and independent reviews for governance-related matters.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, Compliance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in AML/CFT compliance, risk management, internal audit, compliance, or related governance/control roles in a regulated financial industry.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing people, projects, or complex compliance program activities.
  • •Extensive knowledge of BSA, AML regulations, OFAC regulations, FinCEN requirements, and the USA PATRIOT Act, with related banking regulations.
  • •Demonstrated experience delivering governance, quality control/compliance testing, and management/committee reporting, including support for regulatory examinations and audits.
