Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, oversee, and mentor environmental scientists and engineers performing field and office technical assignments.
  • •Provide technical review/oversight/mentoring to ensure compliance with environmental laws, company standards, and contract requirements.
  • •Manage projects technically and administratively, including coordinating cross-functional teams on scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations on research, findings, recommendations, and compliance outcomes.
  • •Direct business development and marketing strategies to capture new clients and represent WSP with clients, regulators, and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Geosciences, or closely related discipline.
  • •7-10+ years of related experience.
  • •Knowledge and experience with Federal and State (NC, SC, VA) environmental regulatory programs.
  • •Proficient in project management and/or business development, including ability to develop public or private clients.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass physical and background check.
