Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Managing Principals in originating and executing real estate deals across Asia for the Asia Living strategy.
  • •Lead deal screening, underwriting, and financial analysis, including modeling, valuation, and sensitivity analysis for formal approvals.
  • •Coordinate transactional due diligence with internal teams and external service providers.
  • •Develop and deliver business plans post-investment, and perform structuring and commercial negotiations with Managing Principals.
  • •Integrate ESG into the investment process and lead disposition processes including hold-sell analysis and related approvals and negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in investment and asset management in the real assets industry, preferably pan-Asian exposure and living sector experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience structuring, executing, and managing investments.
  • •Sector knowledge of the Asian real assets market, especially the living sector.
  • •Strong underwriting competencies, including financial modeling, valuation, sensitivity analysis, and preparation of approval papers.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, and financing modeling tools, plus excellent analytical and communication skills.
