Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and validate NAND test chip test flows.
  • •Run pre-silicon Verilog (digital) and analog design simulations to verify testmodes.
  • •Define and improve post-silicon testing methods for new experimental designs, process changes, and debug issues.
  • •Perform device characterization and electrical failure analysis (EFA) to investigate quality and reliability failures.
  • •Partner with Test Solutions Engineering and Design Engineering on test code development, testmode implementation, and pre/post-silicon validation; also collaborate with process/yield teams to improve die yield.

Key Requirements

  • •6–8+ years of experience in VLSI and the semiconductor industry.
  • •Strong mixed-signal VLSI fundamentals including analog circuits/systems and digital RTL design.
  • •Knowledge of flash memory architecture and operation.
  • •Experience with bench testing equipment such as oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and Nextest Magnum.
  • •Fundamental programming/scripting skills (C/C++, Python, Perl, Verilog, Verilog-AMS, WREAL) and familiarity with firmware/assembly-level programming.
