Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, update, and organize plant documentation including SOPs, work instructions, engineering drawings, and safety documentation.
  • •Ensure document control processes comply with regulatory requirements and maintain audit-ready records.
  • •Manage document revision control, approvals, distribution, and archiving.
  • •Source, evaluate, and procure materials, equipment, and services; issue purchase orders and manage budgets.
  • •Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to negotiate pricing/terms, monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and support cross-functional procurement and documentation needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of experience in document control, procurement, or supply chain in a manufacturing or chemical plant environment.
  • •Experience in regulated environments (chemical, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals) is highly preferred.
  • •Proficiency with ERP systems for procurement and inventory management (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • •Experience with document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, OpenText, EDMS).
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with plant documentation standards and engineering drawings.
