Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule and confirm patient appointments, and place outbound calls for follow-up hearing tests, consultations, and weekly evaluations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and complete authorization/benefit checks for each patient.
  • •Provide first-level patient support: greet patients, answer questions, check patients in/out, collect and process payments.
  • •Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files/notes, and process patient orders with system input and pickup verification.
  • •Assist with clinic operations such as processing repairs under supervision, managing inventory/supplies, preparing deposits/daily reports, and supporting community outreach events.
