Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for employees at the site (directly managing 4 Operating Managers and approx. 45 staff).
  • •Coordinate and ensure optimal duty and service scheduling.
  • •Motivate employees and foster a positive operating culture through on-the-job training and development.
  • •Manage operational business performance, including sales, food cost, labor costs, inventory, and cash management.
  • •Ensure implementation of Autogrill concepts, standards, and guidelines, including HACCP and KOPAS safety requirements.
