Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business development and project acquisition for Brownfield and Environmental Projects, building and maintaining client networks with industrial clients and developers
  • •Oversee project lifecycle management for land recycling, including concept, planning, approval processes, and execution in collaboration with technical experts
  • •Coordinate inter-disciplinary teams and lead project steering across the lifecycle from conception to completion
  • •Develop and pursue growth strategies and new markets, sharing insights with leadership to expand service offerings
  • •Foster an innovative mindset and continuously seek new ideas, markets, and clients to enhance solutions development

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in sciences (geo/environmental sciences, environmental engineering, hydrogeology), civil engineering or equivalent
  • •Several years of experience in winning, managing and leading projects, especially in land recycling, remediation of contaminated sites and demolition
  • •Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations, standards and statutory requirements
  • •Fluent in German and English
