Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale tracking and ad-hoc research projects for key Financial Services and B2B accounts. Manage a diverse portfolio, act as primary client point of contact, and coordinate with offshore Research Execution (REX) teams to deliver on time, spec, and budget. Oversee and mentor 1–2 team members, drive organisational and financial planning, and collaborate with client success to identify growth and implement efficiencies. Hybrid role with 3 days in London.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale tracking projects with support from offshore REX, ensuring delivery to specification, time, and budget.
•Oversee ad-hoc research projects from planning through to final deliverables.
•Serve as primary point of contact for key clients, managing expectations and maintaining client satisfaction.
•Manage and mentor 1–2 team members, leading quality outputs, knowledge transfer, and personal development.
•Drive organisational and financial management for projects, including costings and pricing decisions.
•Actively collaborate with the client success team to identify growth opportunities and implement efficiencies and smarter ways of working.
