Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a varied caseload of domestic and commercial property claims of differing complexity and value.
  • •Conduct site visits, investigations, and assessments to determine cause, extent, and validity of losses.
  • •Provide regular updates to policyholders, stakeholders, and clients throughout the claim lifecycle.
  • •Interpret policy coverage and validate claims accurately and fairly, producing high-quality reports and recommendations.
  • •Manage suppliers, contractors, and repair networks; identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities; maintain accurate, audit-ready claim records.

Key Requirements
