Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct assessments and analyses to identify operational improvement opportunities, including value stream mapping, A3 problem solving, and root cause analysis.
  • •Develop and execute Kaizen/Blitz events to implement new processes and systems and remove barriers in partnership with Process and Operations leaders.
  • •Organize and lead workshops, training sessions, and seminars to educate employees on Lean principles and tools (e.g., standardized work, 5S, job instructions, Just-In-Time).
  • •Manage continuous improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of objectives while reporting progress to OPEX leadership.
  • •Measure performance using data-driven methods, develop and monitor KPIs, and document and present outcomes and recommendations to senior management.
