Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Design, Applications, Test, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, Packaging, and Reliability across new product development to meet project goals.
  • •Generate die and package qualification plans with the QRE team for Automotive, Industrial, and Commercial devices.
  • •Own and drive product qualification plan execution, including milestones, risk assessment, qual/test plan review, data analysis, documentation, manufacturing approval, and product release.
  • •Design qualification hardware for dynamic HTOL, Biased HAST, and Power Temp Cycle, including pattern generation and measurements.
  • •Lead failure analysis and corrective actions to determine root cause of reliability/qualification failures and resolve yield/quality issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • •3+ years of relevant product engineering experience.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits.
  • •Proficiency in statistics and tools such as Spotfire, JMP, Mbayse (or similar) to analyze data.
  • •Experience with lab equipment for device debug and failure analysis, including ATE correlation.
