Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Business Continuity Owners to deliver Business Impact Analysis, continuity planning/testing, and challenge Business Continuity Processes for completeness and adequacy.
  • •Oversee embedment of the group business continuity and incident management framework, aligning recovery needs with Real Estate, Third Party, and Technology strategies.
  • •Ensure major incident management controls and major incident group response are effectively implemented, including incident training, exercises, and invocations.
  • •Conduct horizon monitoring for threats/incidents impacting Singapore and support threat assessments.
  • •Support global operational resilience programme governance for Singapore, validate Important Business Services identification/mapping, test severe scenarios, assess third-party resilience, and manage regulatory interactions and benchmarking.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in non-financial risk management with knowledge of incident management, crisis leadership, and executive training, plus deep knowledge of resilience risks and wider NFR domains.
  • •Strong understanding of operational resilience regulations (including MAS expectations) and ability to benchmark against industry peers.
  • •Proven track record influencing change and delivering end-to-end implementation to strengthen the control landscape while balancing compliance and business pragmatism.
  • •Ability to influence and engage senior leaders, regulators, and industry stakeholders with clear executive presence and impactful communication.
  • •Resilient, accountable leadership that embeds risk awareness and ownership across teams and decision-making.
