Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement shipping and receiving work schedules and assignments to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • •Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the maintenance program is followed up.
  • •Supervise checking of outgoing and incoming freight for proper counts and codes, and ensure shipments are complete and damage-free.
  • •Verify inbound/outbound paperwork with drivers and maintain transportation logistical information in a database; perform transportation analysis and modeling.
  • •Create and maintain inbound/outbound routing guides and supplier compliance program; obtain proof of delivery/goods receipt and submit to accounts receivables.

Key Requirements
