Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and optionally Field Service.
  • •Configure Dataverse (tables/entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, charts, business rules, business process flows, and security roles/teams).
  • •Build Power Apps (model-driven and canvas apps) and develop Power Automate flows for approvals, integrations, and business process automation.
  • •Implement integrations and custom development using C#, plugins, Custom APIs, Web API/REST-OData, OAuth, and third-party API integrations.
  • •Support ALM and solution lifecycle activities (publishers, managed/unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references), plus reporting and data migration.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.
  • •Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and preferably Field Service.
  • •Configure and customize Dataverse (tables/entities, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, security roles/teams, and field security).
  • •Develop Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) and Power Automate flows (approvals, integrations, business process automation).
  • •Strong development experience with C#, plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK.
