Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure EH&S regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and RTX/P&W EH&S standards.
  • •Administer the EH&S Council (interface with subcommittees, update performance trends, track EH&S projects to completion).
  • •Provide technical direction to line management and council subcommittee teams to execute goals and objectives.
  • •Manage Health and Safety programs (e.g., Contractor Safety Management, Elevated Work, Emergency Response) and respond on a rotating schedule to onsite medical incidents and spills.
  • •Coordinate specialized health and safety audits/inspections, conduct trend analysis, and develop corrective/preventive actions to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) plus minimum 8 years of EH&S regulatory compliance experience; alternatively, an advanced degree plus minimum 5 years experience.
  • •EH&S regulatory compliance and management systems knowledge.
  • •Experience developing and implementing industry leading Safety and Health programs.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
