Key Responsibilities

•Develop customized product demonstrations, technical sandboxes, and tailored prototypes to prove Zendesk’s platform and AI capabilities.
•Build and maintain API integrations connecting Zendesk to client tech stacks using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware, and cloud infrastructure.
•Conduct deep-dive technical validations, including Security/Architecture questionnaires and developer-to-developer technical reviews.
•Collaborate to build, maintain, and document reusable code snippets, demo accelerators, and automation templates for the field team.
•Continuously develop skills in LLMs, prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks to stay current with modern software trends.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related highly quantitative, technical discipline.
•2 to 4 years of professional experience in a technical client-facing role (e.g., Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Implementation Consultant) or hands-on software development.
•Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and web technologies (JavaScript, Python, Node.js) and working with REST/SOAP APIs.
•Strong interest in AI technologies, including prompt engineering, LLMs, and autonomous software workflows.
•Ability and willingness to travel 30% to 50% annually for on-site technical workshops and client validation sessions.
