Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the market-defining evolution of the transactional data engine, optimizing the relationship between Snowflake Postgres and Unistore to maximize growth.
  • •Develop product vision and strategy for a differentiated OLTP offering, including investment in new products and partnership strategies.
  • •Build and drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations to bring products to market and sustain business growth.
  • •Integrate the transactional offering into the Snowflake AI product portfolio, enabling solutions across Cortex, Apps, and AI-powered interfaces.
  • •Lead, develop, and evaluate a high-performing product team across the product lifecycle; develop and execute partnership strategies with apps and AI platforms.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 304,000 - 437,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of driving significant business growth.
  • •Proven ability to lead 0-to-1-to-100 product motions from initial launch through large-scale adoption.
  • •Experience leading product portfolio strategy in high-growth, complex enterprise software environments.
  • •Experience scaling complex data systems or OLTP platforms (e.g., Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle).
