Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute and manage inbound logistics, purchase order processing, and inventory transactions within SAP S/4HANA.
  • •Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and safety stock requirements across multiple locations.
  • •Support Demand & Supply Planning and S&OP processes by providing reliable operational data and insights.
  • •Provide operational support to Customer Service, including order tracking and OTC process backup.
  • •Maintain supply chain master data and partner with logistics providers and stakeholders to ensure planning accuracy, reporting integrity, and service excellence, driving continuous improvement through KPI monitoring, process optimization, and digitalization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field, plus relevant experience in supply chain operations, planning, logistics, or inventory management.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or B2B environment is preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, reporting, and performance analysis; Power BI and SAP S/4HANA experience is a must.
  • •Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • •Strong communication skills (English required, Dutch strongly preferred) and the ability to collaborate across functions, geographies, and external partners.
