Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead complex group work sessions using Lean principles and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal and external customers.
  • •Assess manufacturing processes and practices, benchmarking against applicable standards and criteria.
  • •Analyze and interpret production data to identify high-impact systemic issues and create actionable implementation plans.
  • •Build queries and analyze data (including experience with ODBC, SQL, and Excel macros).

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of related work experience or equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •3+ years applying analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • •1+ years of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA).
  • •3+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environments.
  • •Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance that requires U.S. Citizenship (interim pre-start and final post-start required).
