Director of Engineering, Physical AI

Lead the Physical AI Data Engine by driving a multi-disciplinary engineering organization spanning data collection infrastructure, teleoperation systems, ML training pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and annotation tooling. Own technical vision, set organizational structure and talent strategy, and ensure operational excellence. Partner with Operations and GTM on platform architecture and release processes, and collaborate with researchers and clients to deliver scalable, production-grade data infrastructure for complex robotics workloads.
