Key Responsibilities

  • •Research, design, and develop operationally relevant wargames within the Advanced Capabilities team, translating customer objectives into structured, immersive scenarios.
  • •Own scenario design end-to-end, including operational context, forces, objectives, timelines, victory conditions, and the analytic questions each event answers.
  • •Run and facilitate multi-day wargaming exercises as designer and control cell lead, adjudicating outcomes, managing moves and injects, and adapting scenarios in real time.
  • •Build and maintain a reusable library of wargame scenarios, models, and content in Anduril’s M&S and AR/VR software, enabling rapid configuration and scaling.
  • •Create structured after-action reviews and feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize improvements to scenarios, adjudication logic, and event delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience designing, developing, and running wargames, structured analytic exercises, or operational training scenarios for diverse clients and operational environments, delivering excellent customer service.
  • •Experience owning scenario design end-to-end, including operational context, orders of battle, friendly/adversary forces, objectives, timelines, victory conditions, and analytic questions.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally across teams, software platforms, organizations, and clients.
  • •Experience with proactive planning, rehearsals, complex problem solving, and troubleshooting to ensure plausible, repeatable, controllable exercises.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain associated country background checks and security clearance, and willingness to travel and collaborate with teammates in the UK and USA while being based in the UAE.
