Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate regulatory-compliant residential loan applications and develop referral relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, and other centers of influence.
  • •Follow up on leads from personal outreach, inquiries, advertising support, and direct mail until prospects apply or withdraw.
  • •Conduct pre-qualification interviews, explain and recommend appropriate loan programs, and maintain files of leads that do not immediately result in applications.
  • •Accept and review mortgage applications for compliance, notify non-qualifying applicants, and monitor qualified applications through processing.
