Residential Loan Officer

Originate regulatory-compliant residential mortgage loan applications and grow customer referral relationships with realtors, builders, attorneys, and community partners. Conduct pre-qualification interviews, review and process applications in line with bank, industry, and agency guidelines, and actively solicit mortgage programs across prospective borrowers (including low- to moderate-income areas). Manage and monitor pipelines with loan processors, cross-sell related bank products, and prepare reports for solicitation, origination, and closing activities.
