Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with internal product and engineering teams to identify and assess inherent risks in the platform.
  • •Design, implement, and document controls to mitigate risks, acting as a liaison across Control Management, Operational Risk Management, and internal teams.
  • •Lead Risk Assessment Units, control creation, and Operational Risk Reviews, and ensure timely control testing.
  • •Actively manage and continuously review the portfolio of controls, tracking control testing failures and findings through issue management.
  • •Conduct consultations with risk leads, tech leads, product owners, and control management teams to understand current and future needs and optimize platform controls.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of experience working on/with risk and control frameworks (PRSA, RCSA).
  • •Basic technical understanding of Loyalty applications.
  • •Familiarity with Agile and scrum software development methodologies.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills to consult with stakeholders and define optimal requirements.
  • •Familiarity with Jira, Rally, Confluence, Archer, and ServiceNow (preferred).
