Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Child Safety Leads and Specialists, setting goals and ensuring daily operational effectiveness and team wellness.
  • •Coach and mentor team members, including devising development plans.
  • •Lead and manage escalations of child safety requests, including coordination with Legal, Policy, Product, Government Relations, and law enforcement operations teams.
  • •Identify risks and issues across the business; create programs and processes, establish regular stakeholder reporting, and drive operational workflow improvements and automation.
  • •Define and implement long-term strategy, set performance metrics for organizational change, and represent TikTok externally on safeguarding and reporting mechanisms. Also monitor legislative/regulatory developments impacting handling and reporting.

Key Requirements
