Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely install, maintain, inspect, and repair heavy rotating machinery for power generation applications.
  • •Read schematic drawings and technical documentation to determine proper work procedures.
  • •Dismantle and assemble machinery and equipment using hand, power, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
  • •Align and inspect equipment using precision measuring equipment and alignment tools (including laser alignment).
  • •Control tools, equipment, and supplies and perform assigned duties in coordination with operations and HSE stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in a technical field, preferably Gas Turbine Systems Technician.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience maintaining, dismantling, and installing industrial service equipment such as pumps, motors, fans, generators, and turbines.
  • •Experience using specialized tooling for maintenance and utilization.
  • •Good understanding of applicable legal, quality, and HSSE requirements.
  • •Good knowledge of power plant operations and willingness to travel, work international sites, hardship locations, and shift work.
