•Own the vision and roadmap for how Apollo governs access across the rep org, including permissions, roles, admin workflows, manager controls, and territory/assignment.
•Define a standard permission model that replaces fragmented flags and team-level toggles with a clear enforcement path.
•Create the admin experience for users and teams, including roles, access, provisioning, settings, and core configuration workflows.
•Build manager experience and governance/least-privilege controls that enable enterprise-ready org structures.
•Establish instrumentation, standards, and a product quality bar so controls become a platform others can build on.

Salary: USD 173,400 - 249,300 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of product management with end-to-end ownership from strategy through launch, adoption, iteration, and measurement.
•Experience building or closely working on sales tech, CRM, revenue, or GTM systems products (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Gong, Clari, ZoomInfo).
•Experience serving mid-market and enterprise customers, not just SMB.
•Experience with platform/admin capabilities such as permissions, governance, RBAC, admin consoles, provisioning, SSO/SCIM, multi-tenant scoping, or enterprise-readiness products.
•Strong systems thinking and a track record of business outcomes, with comfort operating in ambiguity.
